  • Leveraged corporate level HR expertise to provide clients across the country guidance and direction on how to effectively manage human resources and related processes throughout the employee lifecycle utilizing HR technology.
  • Provided HR expertise to assist in architecting the company’s flagship product, HRActions, a web-based application that electronically replicates HR forms and automates time consuming data entry and approval processes.
  • Led initial implementations of HRActions and developed the HR solution into a Sage endorsed product, laying the foundation for the organization’s long-term services portfolio and growth strategy.
  • Developed an automated HR reporting solution for The Canadian Embassy in Washington DC, a process improvement that saved countless labor hours and thousands of dollars over the manual preparation process.

Managed branch and corporate office HR staff and HRIS functions, including a team of 25 HR generalists and specialists. Leverage expertise in HR law and partnerships with legal counsel to facilitate successful resolution of litigation and employee disputes.   • Consolidated and restructured divisional training functions, enabling a workforce reduction and significant cost savings while improving employee development.
  • Led the organization through a merger and transition to Conseco, including facilitating post-acquisition office closures, leading retention programs, and providing outplacement services.

  • Led a major, successful initiative to improve both the stature and credibility of the HR Department.
  • Initiated, organized, and led the "HR Summit,” a meeting of Corporate HR personnel from all locations to establish a strategic plan for all HR departments, standardize policy interpretation, and establish corporate goals.
  • Guided selection and development of a scalable HRIS, providing the infrastructure to support the company’s growth while simultaneously delivering initial savings of $80K and annual savings of $35K.
